Artist Gillan Wylde made two new digital videos as a response to the album Trout Mask Replica, which were installed in the Rooms to Live exhibition.
The video ‘Valoops’ (digital video, colour, 3.37 mins, looped) was installed on two screens on Vanda Chan's reconstructed ‘Arcadia’.
The video ‘Muscle Finger’(digital video, colour 8.49 mins, looped) was installed on two screens in relation to the ‘Trout House Replica’ space.
Recent projects include the video work ‘CosyNRG’ at The Energy Giveaway at the Humuspunk Library, Löwenbräukunst Zurich in 2023 & critter essay ‘#FEELSWeoutheregettinthisbread’ featured in the publication Multispecies Storytelling in Intermedial Practices, Punctum books 2022.
Two mixed-tape cassettes produced by Gillian ‘Who Eats Rocks?' (14 mins, 2021 - text spoken by Millie Light) and ‘Where is Vanda Chan? (52 mins, 2021) were also included in the Vanda Chan Archive in the gallery.
