Musicians Chardine Taylor-Stone (previously of Big Joanie), Vanessa Govinden & Jagun Meseorisa (Whitelands), Ray Aggs (Trash Kit) and Bianca Wilson (The Peg Wells) were residents of the Trout House Replica.
Chardine Taylor-Stone is a musician award winning feminist activist, writer, scholar. She has written about Black British Feminism, racism in LGBT Communities, British working-class life, Afrofuturism, music and socialism.
In the spirit of 60s communalism, Chardine Taylor-Stone, working under the multidisciplinary artist name Oankali, and friends spent the residency jamming, recording and exploring the process of making music inside the house.
